The Paraffin Section Flotation Bath, MH8517 is a specialized laboratory instrument developed to support precise tissue section preparation in histology and pathology laboratories. It is primarily used to gently float and expand thin paraffin-embedded tissue sections after microtome cutting, allowing them to flatten smoothly before being transferred onto microscope slides. By maintaining a stable and controlled water temperature, the device helps prevent wrinkles or folds in delicate tissue samples, ensuring clearer and more accurate microscopic examination.
Designed for reliability and ease of use, the bath provides uniform heat distribution across the water surface, allowing technicians to handle tissue sections carefully without damaging their structure. The smooth interior surface enables easy placement and retrieval of samples while maintaining a clean and controlled environment during the preparation process. Its clear and stable water surface helps laboratory professionals observe the tissue sections as they spread naturally, improving the quality of slide preparation
This equipment is widely used in histology, pathology, medical research, and clinical diagnostic laboratories where accurate tissue processing is essential. With simple controls and dependable heating performance, it supports technicians in achieving consistent results while improving workflow efficiency during routine slide preparation and microscopic analysis procedures.
